Day Camp Instructor
The City of Athens is seeking day camp instructors to assist in the daily operation of eight one-week long summer youth camps dealing with various themes for children grades K-6. Day camp instructors set an example for peer staff and campers by being enthusiastic, involved, and promoting respect for camp, counselors, equipment, and other campers. This is a seasonal position that begins in late May and goes through August 5, 2022. The typical work days for this position are Monday through Friday. This position is covered by the Fair Labor Standards Act. The starting hourly pay rate is $11 per hour.

Applicant must be able to participate in all camp activities. This position requires standing and moving several hours each day.
